Mahila Grama Sapthaham

With the blessings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, a unique and interesting seven days Spiritual Programme-Mahila Grama Sapthaham has been planned from 20th June to 26th June 2012 in seven villages of Medak district and there was good response from villagers. The villages selected for Sapthaham were1.Haveli Ghanpur 2. Chowtlapalli 3. Muttaikota 4. Liigsanpalli 5. Thogita 6.Tarakaram Nagar and 7. Rayancheruvu

20-06-2012 at Haveli Ghanapur:
18 mahila and 4 gents sevadal participated and carried out 1) Pallaki Seva 2) Kumkumarchana by 80 village women 3) Aksharabhyasam for 10 children 4) Note books to 2 students of 10th class 5) Cash gift of Rs 300/- to three top ranking 10th class students 6) Amrutha Kalsshams to three deserving families 7) Slate and School bags to 15 poor students 8) New cloths to 80 year old couple (Bhimaratha Shanthi)

21-6-2012 at Choutapally:
Another batch of 14 mahila and 4 gents’ sevadal participated at Choutpally activity. 1) Cleaning of Hanuman temple and surroundings 2) Tandularchana 3) Amrutha Kalasalu given to 2 members 4) Aksharabhyasam to 10 children 5) Taught chanting of "Sai Gayathri" to 50 first comers (school children) and 3 children were given prizes for their good chanting 6) 26 children were given school note books 7) Drawing competition was held for 16 children and best 3 girls and best 3 boys were given prizes for good performance. 8) Kolam competition for young adult girls was conducted and 9 participants were given prizes 9) Singing competition for village mahilas was held and prizes were given 10) Conducted Bala Vikas class for village children 11) Programme concluded with Gram Sankeertana. (Due to expected rains in the evenings, Seva programmes have been conducted between 9 am to 3 pm). Mrs. Bachu Nagarani Mahila Incharge of Sathya Sai Mandir in Medak had taken part in Sapthaham successfully by the grace of Sri Sathya Sai Baba and the devotees had taken part in Grama Seva program with great enthusiasm.

Similar way they conducted gramseva programs in villages at Choutlapally, Mmuthyakota, Thoyta, Limsanpally and Rayancheruvu in every village about 40 to 50 members participated with great devotion at last day of Sapthaham around 200 members have participated and 15 members took part in Sai vrath Pooja under Mrs. Krishnakumari the district study circle Incharge, many of gents took part in thandura archana. Maternity Seva was done for 49 buffalos by Khaja Saiffuddin Veterinary Assistant. The convenor and other devotees participated regularly. Finally they ended Sapthaham with Sai vrath Pooja maternity Seva and preaches of Sai i.e Sathya Dharma, Shanthi, Prema and humanity by Sri S Saibaba District President and Narayana Seva was done for 250 members of the village.
